Dr. Val has her Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology,  and a Masters degree from Chapman University in Counseling Psychology, as well as another Masters degree from California State University at Sacramento  in Educational Psychology, where she also received her Bachelors Degree.  This and her extensive counseling and couching practice makes her very knowledgeable in the area of relationships and communication.

She and her partner, Jerry Ainsworth, Relationship Educator, work with couples on enhancing their relationship.  and increasing their communication skills.  This program helps couples to find an even deeper love and understanding of one another.

They also help Single or Single Again attract their ideal partner and to be ready to be ready for a loving, lasting relationship.  They have a one day workshop for Singles to get prepared for that special companionship you may be wanting.

They also have a class for Singles, "Journey to Love", exploring and understanding your previous love relationships and to better understand yourself.  If you are ready to bring more love into your life you can benefit from this empowering class.

On a personal note:  Dr. Val and Jerry have ten children, and nineteen grandchildren between them.  Both have been married, single and widowed, so they have a deep understanding of all these states of being.
